Intellectual Property Rights and Software Updates

• The Violet Digital Products website has the right to place its logo and a hyperlink to the main website at the bottom of the projects, websites, and smart device applications designed or programmed. It also has the right to suspend the project if the second party removes the rights without written consent or resort to the judiciary if the project is hosted elsewhere.
• Violet Digital Products is committed to making software updates to digital products and applications and ensuring compatibility with smart device operating system versions and web browsers, as well as fixing bugs requested in writing by the client through the technical support ticket system within the first 30 days of project delivery.
• Violet Digital Products reserves the right to charge for each hour of development as an additional fee if new versions are created or additional developmental features not previously agreed upon in the quotation or invoice are requested.
• The customer has the right to obtain an open-source version of the digital product if Violet Digital Products is unable to implement the requested modifications or additional developmental features.
