Return and Exchange Policy
First. Identify Digital Products
- Digital products are sensitive and intangible products by nature that are delivered electronically, and they include digital codes, activation codes and keys, digital cards, electronic coupons, and gift cards. Some digital products may be delivered within (5) minutes and up to (72) hours maximum from the time of order, and some may be delivered immediately after payment is completed.
Second. Licenses
- All licenses, activation keys, and activation codes and symbols must be used within (3) days from the date of delivery, and they are not refundable or exchangeable because they are not resalable.
Third. Cases of Return or Exchange
- If the product does not work or has a defect or error.
- If the received product does not match the description written on the "Violet Digital Products" platform or store.
Fourth: Return Procedures
- 1. The user must submit a return request according to the conditions specified on the "Violet Digital" platform, provided that the request includes the username, mobile number, and reason for the return.
- 2. The return request is subject to the examination process by the "Violet Digital" platform to verify its status and compliance with this policy, and after fulfilling the return conditions, the user can request to obtain the value of the product or replace it with another product of his choice after the platform's approval.
- 3. The "Violet Digital" platform reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to accept or reject the return request.
Fifth: Return Fees
- In the event that the user wishes to cancel the order after completing the payment process and before starting the implementation, the bank transfer fees, if any, will be deducted and the remaining amount will be returned to the user's account.
- In the event that the user requests a return of the product without a reason, he shall bear the return fees and they will be deducted from the purchase amount. This is after reviewing the return request.
- Digital books can be exchanged if it is confirmed that the code has not been activated and the exchange is done within 15 working days.
Sixth: Refund
- When requesting a refund for one of the products, the request will be reviewed and matched with this policy before starting the refund process, and in case of approval, the amount will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase, and the period for returning the amount to the customer's account ranges from (7) to (15) working days depending on the payment method.
- In the event that the user requests one of the digital products, and the implementation of the order is delayed for more than (72) hours, he has the right to request a refund of the amount paid.
- In the event that one of the government agencies or commercial entities refuses the service requested by the user from the "Violet Digital" platform, the service issue will be considered by the platform and the user's request will be responded to within (48) hours, and in the event that the user requests a refund of the service value, the amount will be returned to the payment method that the user used at the time of purchase.
In the event of requesting the completion of one of the transactions with government agencies or commercial entities such as insurance companies or telecommunications companies or others, and the fees for this transaction have been paid to the entity concerned with its implementation, the user is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
The user has the right to refund the service fees according to the following cases:
- In the event of sending the service requirements before implementation, the fees will be refunded after deducting 30% of them.
- In the event that no error occurs during the implementation of the service, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
- If the error is from the employee during the implementation of the service, the fees will be refunded in full.
- If the service is completed, you cannot get a refund.
Service fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:
- All licenses, activation keys, and activation codes and symbols must be used within (3) days from the date of purchase, and they are not refundable or exchangeable because they are not resalable.
- Inquiry about the service.
- Upon reaching the final stages of service implementation.
- The amounts paid are returned to the bank account provided by the user after deducting the transfer fees from the refunded amount, if any.
- In the event that the user does not send the bank account details within (48) of the refund request, the request is considered canceled.
- In the event of a delay in the amount due to the user, the user must first review his bank account and verify the refund process, as the refund process may take some time before the amount is officially transferred.
