Terms of Use

• By submitting any content to the Violet website and application, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, transferable, and global, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, copy, broadcast and communicate in any form, and in derivative works thereof for presentation or performance before an audience anywhere in the world and through any media, now known or hereafter devised; and to use the name you submitted in connection with the content. You also grant us a license to legally pursue any natural or legal person who violates your or our rights in this content. You acknowledge and agree that all content submitted to the Violet website and application by you is non-confidential and non-proprietary. You also acknowledge all things, and execute all documents required to enable and allow us to make full use of the rights granted to us as required.
• You are solely responsible for the use of the interactive areas and all use thereof is at your own risk.
• By using the interactive areas, you agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create or publish in any way, or cause to be published on the Violet website and application directly or indirectly through a third-party website or application any of the following:
• 1. Illegal content, defamation, slander, offensive to any religious or moral group, obscene, pornographic, lewd, indecent, suggestive, harassing, threatening, violating privacy and publication rights, violent, sensitive, fraudulent, or otherwise unacceptable in any way.
• 2. Content that constitutes, encourages, or provides instructions for violating a criminal offense, violating the rights of any party, or in any way causing legal liability or violating any local, national, or international laws, including, but not limited to, legislation related to the Securities Market Regulator in the jurisdiction in which the content was published.
• Content that causes annoyance or harassment to others.
• Content that you do not personally own without the express permission of the owner of that content.
• Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any party.
• Content that impersonates any natural or legal person or in any way causes a false claim of affiliation with that natural or legal person, including us.
• Unsolicited promotional materials, political campaigns, advertisements, contests, sweepstakes, or offers.
• Third-party private information, including but not limited to last name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card numbers.
• Viruses, corrupted data, other files that cause damage, malfunctions or sabotage.
• Content unrelated to the subject of the interactive area(s) in which the content is posted; or content or links to content that we consider, in our sole discretion, to violate any of the aforementioned terms. Content that restricts or prevents any other person from using or enjoying the interactive areas or the Violet website and application. Or causes us or any of our subsidiaries, or other users to be exposed in any way to harm or legal liability in any way.
• We do not assume responsibility for or endorse any content posted, uploaded, broadcast, distributed, stored, created, published in any way, or caused to be published on the Violet website and application directly or through a third-party website or application by users.
• We assume no responsibility for any content posted or stored or uploaded in the interactive areas by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
• We are not responsible for any errors, defamation, contempt, slander, omissions, lies, insults, obscenity, or profanity that you may encounter while using the interactive areas.
• We are not responsible for any statements, undertakings or content provided by users in any public forum, personal homepage, or other interactive areas. • - Acknowledge that you forever release and hold harmless us and all of our affiliates, licensees, subsequent owners, or assignees from any claims that you may make against us as a result of the existence of any moral rights of any kind.

Subject to applicable laws that cannot be excluded, we make no warranties, representations or commitments whatsoever regarding the quality, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the material, digital products, and digital services on or available through third-party websites; or that the digital material on or available through third-party websites does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.
• Any dealings between you and third parties of advertisers or merchants on or through the Violet website and application, including payment or any terms and conditions and warranties, or undertakings related to those dealings, are between you and the advertiser or merchant concerned. Accordingly, we assume no responsibility or liability as a result of loss or damage of any kind arising from such dealings.
• Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content provided as part of the Violet website and application are owned by us or our licensors at all times. You may not use this material or content except as expressly authorized in writing by us or our licensors.

• If you become aware of any distribution or commercial exploitation of any kind, you agree to notify us immediately.
• You may not use the Violet service or application to cause harm, harass or annoy anyone.
• You may not disrupt the workflow of the Violet application or attempt to damage the service or application in any way.
• Maintaining the username and password for your account is your primary responsibility.
• It is strictly prohibited to make any illegal attempt to breach or circumvent the security conditions or use the site for purposes other than those specified for it or block any of the site's services from authorized users, or any use, storage, modification, harm, or destruction of information, or any interference in the site or its operation. Any evidence of such acts will expose the perpetrator to legal liability.
• It is prohibited to store any part of the content electronically. Except as expressly permitted by copyright laws, it is not permitted to copy, store, publish, or distribute any content without the express permission of   the Violet website.
• The use of any of the services provided by the Violet website for digital products is limited to the primary owner only. Customers or users are prohibited from authorizing anyone to access the account or resell or store, or provide the service for a fee or free of charge from their sites to other people unless a prior agreement is made between the customer and the Violet website for digital products.
• Any attempt to defame or cause harm to employees, services or customers of the Violet website for digital products is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal use of any account may result in a warning, temporary suspension or termination of service or even legal action.
• It is prohibited to send messages with obscene or indecent content for the purpose of harassing, threatening, or annoying other people, threatening physical harm or harming individuals or groups.
• It is prohibited to use the services in violation of the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and what violates the applicable national or international laws and regulations, including what offends Islam or what violates Islamic law according to the approach of the Sunnis and the community, whether by implication or explicitly or insulting any religion.
• The user is responsible at any time for any false statements or incorrect information. Any fraud or submission of false information or deliberate misuse of the services of the Violet website for digital products in violation of the current terms of service will lead directly to the suspension or termination of the account with the Violet website for digital products without prejudice to any financial compensation that must be paid to the Violet website for digital products or any other compensation as a result of the user's breach of the contract.
• The customer undertakes not to open encryption or enable any third party of the software and program code (source) of smart digital applications implemented by the Violet website for digital products, as it is subject to the Violet website for digital products. In the event of a breach, the Violet website for digital products has the right to claim material compensation for the value of the losses resulting from that.
